About OmniFlow

We got tired of watching businesses buy software they never use.

The pattern repeats. A business signs up for a capable platform, watches a few tutorials, builds half a pipeline, and then goes back to running everything out of a phone and a spreadsheet. The software was never the problem. The gap between buying it and having it working was.

OmniFlow closes that gap. You get the platform and the configuration together, for one price, and someone stays responsible for it afterwards.

How it works

What we actually do

When a business comes on board, we map how the work already flows, where leads arrive, who answers them, what happens when nobody does, and where deals stall. Then we build that into the platform. Pipeline stages named the way your team already speaks. Follow-up that fires when a lead goes quiet. Booking that lands on the right calendar. Reviews requested and answered without anyone remembering to do it.

You log in to a system that already fits. Not an empty account with a documentation link.

Who is behind OmniFlow

OmniFlow is a digital product of Integral Technologists, a technology and marketing company that builds automation, CRM and marketing systems for service businesses, agencies and operators.

It was founded by Faiz Ahmed, who works publicly as The Retired Consultant. His stated mission is to teach AI to a million business owners, and OmniFlow is the operational half of that: the tools and the setup that let a small team run like a larger one.

The platform is not a theory. The same systems, configured pipelines, automated follow-up, AI handling calls a busy operator cannot take, are already running live for Integral's clients. One of them, a single-handed wellness practice in Cedar Hill, Texas, has an AI system answering every call while the owner is mid-treatment with a client.

01

Why setup is included

Charging separately for onboarding creates the wrong incentive. It rewards a fast handoff and a thick manual. Including it means we only succeed if you are actually running on the platform months later, which is the only outcome worth selling.

It also keeps us honest about fit. We would rather tell a business we are not the right choice than take a subscription that gets cancelled in ninety days.

02

Who we build for

OmniFlow works best for operator-heavy businesses: service companies, agencies, consultants, coaches, real estate teams, education businesses and sales teams that live or die on how fast they follow up.

It is a poor fit for enterprise organisations with hundreds of seats and long procurement cycles, for pure e-commerce operations that need deep inventory and warehouse systems, and for anyone who only wants a single point solution like email alone or scheduling alone. If that is you, we will say so.
