Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OmniFlow, an all in one business platform for CRM, marketing automation, funnels, calendars, conversations, reputation management, AI calling, AI chat, and related business operations tools.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using OmniFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you use OmniFlow on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authorized Users

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and controlling who has access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members, contractors, clients, or users you invite.

You agree not to share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, billing rules, or account ownership requirements.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

OmniFlow offers monthly and annual subscription options. Current public pricing is shown on the website and may be updated for future customers. Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans renew each month until canceled.

If a free trial is offered, trial length, included access, and conversion terms will be shown during signup. You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, and billing timing before submitting payment information or activating a paid subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use OmniFlow only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use OmniFlow to send spam, violate messaging or email consent rules, impersonate others, scrape data unlawfully, upload malicious code, interfere with platform security, or use the platform in a way that harms OmniFlow, other customers, end users, telecom providers, email providers, or third party services.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before sending marketing emails, SMS messages, calls, AI voice interactions, or other communications through OmniFlow.

5. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of the contacts, leads, customer records, messages, files, campaign assets, funnels, automations, and other content you upload or create inside OmniFlow. You grant OmniFlow permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with the data and content you place inside OmniFlow.

6. Third Party Services

OmniFlow may connect with payment processors, email providers, telecom carriers, ad platforms, analytics services, calendar providers, and other third party tools. Those services may have their own terms, fees, availability limits, and compliance requirements.

OmniFlow is not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, deliverability decisions, carrier filtering, payment holds, or account actions taken by third party providers.

7. Support and Service Changes

Support is available at support@myomniflow.com. OmniFlow may add, remove, update, rename, or modify platform features as the product evolves. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel according to the cancellation process available in your billing dashboard or by contacting support. OmniFlow may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the platform, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OmniFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OmniFlow disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

OmniFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.
