OmniFlow is designed for operators, agencies, and service businesses that manage leads, contacts, campaigns, appointments, messages, automations, and customer relationships in one platform.

We may collect account information such as name, business name, work email, phone number, billing details, plan selection, support messages, and onboarding details. We may also collect usage data such as logins, device details, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic data.

When you use OmniFlow, you may upload customer data such as contacts, leads, messages, call records, booking information, campaign activity, review requests, forms, funnels, and automation history.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the platform, create and manage accounts, process billing, deliver support, configure onboarding, send service messages, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, improve features, and communicate about OmniFlow.

We may also use website and product analytics to understand how visitors and customers use OmniFlow so we can improve the experience, reduce friction, and prioritize product development.

4. Communications Data

OmniFlow includes email, SMS, calling, AI chat, calendar, inbox, and automation features. You are responsible for having proper permission to contact leads, customers, and subscribers through these channels.

We process communications data to send messages, route replies, maintain conversation history, support automation, and help you operate your business from one contact record.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate OmniFlow, including hosting providers, payment processors, email and telecom providers, analytics tools, support systems, security vendors, and integration partners.

We do not sell your customer lists. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Marketing emails may include unsubscribe options. Service and account emails may still be sent when needed to operate your account.

OmniFlow is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
