Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how OmniFlow handles trials, subscription renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and refund requests. It applies to OmniFlow monthly and annual subscriptions unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Free Trial
If OmniFlow offers a free trial, the trial terms shown during signup control the trial period. If no credit card is required for the trial, you will not be charged unless you later choose a paid plan. If payment information is collected for a trial, the checkout page will explain when billing begins.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through your billing dashboard or by contacting support. Canceling stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are purchased for a full year at a discounted rate. Annual payments are generally non refundable once the subscription begins because the plan includes discounted pricing, platform access, onboarding resources, and reserved support capacity.
5. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged after cancellation, billed twice, or unable to access your account because of an OmniFlow issue, contact us at support@myomniflow.com. Include the account email, business name, charge date, charge amount, and a short explanation.
OmniFlow reviews refund requests individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank, card, and payment processor timing may vary.
6. Usage Based Charges
Some communication features, such as outbound SMS, outbound calling, AI voice minutes, carrier fees, or similar pass through usage costs, may be billed separately or at near cost rates. Usage based charges are generally non refundable once incurred.
7. Cancellations
Canceling your subscription stops future billing according to the cancellation process available in your account or provided by support. You are responsible for exporting or preserving any data you need before account access ends.
