Your pipeline
Stages and fields that match how an enquiry becomes a customer in your business.
OmniFlow puts your CRM, email, texting, booking and follow-up in one platform and sets it up around your business before you log in, for $99 a month. It is built on GoHighLevel, and we say so up front. If ActiveCampaign is one of five tools you pay to keep connected, this is the done-for-you replacement for the whole set.
Yes, if ActiveCampaign is only one part of how you follow up with leads. OmniFlow replaces the email platform, the CRM, the booking tool, the texting add-on and the connector between them with one system that we configure for you. If email is the only channel you use and your list is the business, stay with ActiveCampaign or pick another email tool.
That split matters more than any feature list. Most ActiveCampaign comparisons line up a dozen email tools on templates and send limits. That is the right comparison when your problem is email. It is the wrong one when your problem is that a lead fills in a form, the booking happens in another tool, the text reminder runs through an add-on, and nobody can say which system holds the latest note.
OmniFlow is a product of Integral Technologists. We have offered GoHighLevel to clients since 2023, and OmniFlow exists because we kept meeting small businesses who had bought good software and never finished connecting it. The price is $99 a month or $999 a year, with the setup included and unlimited contacts and users.
The reasons we hear most are three: the bill grows with the contact list, the team outgrows the included seats, or follow-up depends on several tools that ActiveCampaign does not replace. We rarely hear that the email automation is weak, because it is not.
ActiveCampaign is a strong email marketing and automation platform. Its automation builder handles branching, conditional sequences well, and its segmentation goes deep. Its pricing page also promises no setup fees and free contact migration and onboarding (ActiveCampaign, 2026). If your marketing runs on long email sequences and you send from one inbox, you are already using a tool built for that job.
ActiveCampaign prices its plans by contact count, so a growing list moves you up a tier even when nothing else about your business changes. When we checked its pricing page on 12 October 2026, the plans were listed by contact tier with a form to request pricing, and no fixed figures loaded, so this page quotes none (ActiveCampaign, 2026). The complaint has its own threads: one on r/Emailmarketing is titled "ActiveCampaign is pricing itself out. Best alternatives?" (Reddit, 2025).
The same pricing page lists one user on Starter and Plus, three on Pro and five on Enterprise (ActiveCampaign, 2026). A four-person sales team that only needs Plus features is pushed toward a bigger plan by headcount alone.
Texting is a paid SMS add-on, WhatsApp runs on separate plans with prepaid credits, and landing pages start on the Plus plan (ActiveCampaign, 2026). Booking is usually a separate tool: ActiveCampaign's own app directory lists a Calendly integration for it (ActiveCampaign, 2026). Each of those is a fair product decision. Together they mean the system you actually run is ActiveCampaign plus three or four other subscriptions, plus whatever moves data between them.
Your OmniFlow workspace is configured before you start using it, and that setup is part of the $99, not an onboarding fee on top. Here is what we build for you.
Stages and fields that match how an enquiry becomes a customer in your business.
Your calendar, your forms and your pages, connected so a form fill turns into a booking.
The core sequences you need, built and tested in one place instead of two.
New leads get a reply when nobody is at a desk, including missed call text back.
Your ActiveCampaign export brought in with fields and tags mapped, so the data works on day one.
Routine changes to stages, forms and sequences are made for you in the monthly price. New AI agents and complex automations are quoted separately.
ActiveCampaign's free onboarding is real and worth having, but it moves your records and shows you the product. It does not design your pipeline or write your follow-up for your business. In most email platforms that work still falls to you. In OmniFlow it is the part we do.
OmniFlow costs $99 a month or $999 a year with setup included and unlimited contacts and users. ActiveCampaign prices by plan and contact count, and its pricing page showed no fixed figures when we checked on 12 October 2026, so the fair comparison is your own invoice (ActiveCampaign, 2026).
Here is how to make that comparison in five minutes. Write down what leaves your account each month: the ActiveCampaign plan at your real contact count, the SMS add-on, any WhatsApp credits, your booking tool, your landing page builder if it sits elsewhere, your phone system, and the connector that ties them together. Add a line for extra seats. Then compare that total with $99.
The yearly OmniFlow plan works out at $83.25 a month and saves $189 against paying monthly. Your list can double, or your team can grow from two people to nine, and the subscription stays the same.
Two costs sit on top of the $99. Phone calls, text messages, email delivery and AI usage are billed by consumption, because carriers charge per message and per minute. AI voice agents, AI chat agents and complex custom automations are quoted after a scoping call. The full breakdown is on our pricing page. And if your current stack really is one ActiveCampaign plan and nothing else, the arithmetic may favour staying.
ActiveCampaign is an email and automation platform with a CRM attached. OmniFlow is an all-in-one platform built on GoHighLevel and set up for you. The table shows where that difference changes a buying decision.

ActiveCampaign details are from its pricing page and app directory, checked 12 October 2026 (ActiveCampaign, 2026). ActiveCampaign sets and changes its own plans.
Two rows cost us something, and you should weigh them. ActiveCampaign's email automation goes deeper than a configured all-in-one setup, and ActiveCampaign gives you full control of your own account, while we build and manage yours. Your contacts, messages and automations remain yours under our terms. OmniFlow is built on GoHighLevel, so if you want that platform with full admin control and plan to build it yourself, read our page on the GoHighLevel alternative first.
Sometimes a different tool is the right answer. These are the tools most often compared with ActiveCampaign, each with the one situation where it beats both ActiveCampaign and OmniFlow.
| Product | A better fit when | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | You want a CRM-led suite with structured sales reporting | Costs rise as you add seats and hubs |
| MailerLite | You are solo or small and want simple, low-cost email | Email first; booking and texting live elsewhere |
| Brevo | You would rather pay by email volume than by contact count | Booking and pipeline depth are lighter |
| Mailchimp | You are new to email and want the gentlest start | Automation gets limited on lower plans |
| Klaviyo | You run an online store on Shopify or WooCommerce | Built for e-commerce, not service businesses |
| Kit | You are a creator growing and selling to an audience | A creator tool, not a CRM |
| EngageBay | You want an all-in-one suite on the lowest budget | Self-serve: you configure it yourself |
These fit notes reflect each vendor's public positioning in October 2026. Vendor prices change often and vary by tier, contacts and seats, so none are quoted here. Check each vendor's own pricing page.
OmniFlow fits businesses whose revenue depends on replying fast across more than one channel and who would rather have the system built than build it. It is the wrong choice if email is your whole business or you want to run the platform yourself.
Service businesses, consultants, coaches, clinics, real estate teams and local trades, where a missed call or a slow reply is a lost job. Agencies running their own pipeline next to client work fit too, and our CRM for agencies page covers that version. The common thread is reply speed: our guide to speed to lead explains why the first reply matters so much.
Email is your only channel and the list is the product; you rely on years of branching automations you do not want to rebuild; you run e-commerce with inventory and shipping; you need enterprise procurement for hundreds of seats; or you want full control of the platform yourself. In each of those cases, a switch costs more than it returns.
Switching is mostly a data job. We import your contacts, custom fields and tags from an ActiveCampaign export, then build your pipeline, booking and follow-up around how you work.
Two parts do not move cleanly. Past email threads and message history do not transfer through a standard import, and ActiveCampaign landing pages and automations are rebuilt in OmniFlow rather than copied. Keep your ActiveCampaign account running for the first few weeks, and export and archive any history you must retain before you cancel.
Yes. OmniFlow is a product of Integral Technologists built on the GoHighLevel platform, so the CRM, email, texting, calendars, forms and automations run on GoHighLevel's technology. What you receive is different: GoHighLevel sells the platform for you to build, while OmniFlow gives you the same platform already set up around your business, with ongoing changes included, for $99 a month. We say it plainly because the setup is what you pay us for.
The best alternative depends on what you use ActiveCampaign for. For email alone, MailerLite, Brevo and Mailchimp are the usual picks, with Klaviyo for online stores and Kit for creators. For a CRM-led suite, HubSpot is the common choice. If you use ActiveCampaign with a separate booking tool, texting add-on and connector, an all-in-one platform fits better, and OmniFlow is the version that is set up for you.
Yes, for email. Tools such as MailerLite, Brevo and Mailchimp advertise free plans with limits on contacts, sends or features, so check each vendor's current terms. ActiveCampaign itself offers a 14-day free trial with no card needed, not a free plan (ActiveCampaign, 2026). OmniFlow has no free tier either: it costs $99 a month with the setup included, and you see how it would work for your business on a walkthrough before you pay anything.
It depends on your plan and contact count. ActiveCampaign bills its plans annually by contact tier, and its pricing page showed no fixed figures when we checked on 12 October 2026, so get a quote for your real list size (ActiveCampaign, 2026). Then add the SMS add-on, any WhatsApp credits, your booking tool and your connector. That total, not the plan price alone, is the number to compare with OmniFlow's $99 a month.
Partly. ActiveCampaign includes a CRM with deals and pipelines, but it is built around email marketing and automation, and its CRM depth varies by plan. It works well when sales follow from email. It fits less well when the CRM has to sit at the centre of calls, texts, bookings and pipeline work at once, because texting is an add-on and booking runs through other tools such as Calendly.
ActiveCampaign is better for deep email automation and segmentation. GoHighLevel is better for breadth: CRM, texting, calendars, funnels, a shared inbox and automation in one account with unlimited contacts. The catch with GoHighLevel is the setup, which is a real project. OmniFlow is GoHighLevel already set up for your business, so it suits people who want that breadth without building it.
Yes, for most of it. Contacts, custom fields, tags and deal stages come across through an import we run with you, and we check the record counts against your ActiveCampaign export. Past email threads do not transfer through a standard import, and landing pages and automations are rebuilt rather than copied. Keep ActiveCampaign open until real leads flow end to end in OmniFlow, then close it.
If ActiveCampaign is one of several tools you pay to keep connected, switching to another email tool will not fix it; one configured platform will. Book a 15-minute walkthrough and see the workspace we would set up for your business, for $99 a month plus usage.
